We offer two TRX classes, one in the morning, hosted by the fabulous Kim and one in the evening, hosted by the lovely Melanie - who is also a personal trainer and owner of Femme Active. TRX is a suspension training workout, focusing on strength. 

As well as TRX, Oxigim Fitness Club Mossel Bay, offer Aerobics classes every morning and evening. From step, box and Pilates , there's something for everyone. 

classes are priced at R30 per session.
